My badge for the workshop I completed isn't showing. How can I get proof of completion?

Upon successfully passing an online library workshop quiz, students earn a badge that should be visible from the Credentials page in the course menu in Canvas. There may be a small delay from the time of passing the workshop to when it is made available.
If more than an hour has elapsed after passing a library workshop, students can obtain proof using one of these alternatives:
- Select Account from the Canvas global menu, then select My Badges.
- Use the Grades page in the Canvas workshops course menu. The Grades page has the student name at the top and indicates the score they received in each workshop. Students can print or take a screenshot and show or send it to their instructor.
- Request proof of completion for workshops completed in the current semester or within the past three semesters by contacting a librarian or visiting a CCSF library location.
