Can the library help me reset my school email password?

The library does not have access to reset your college passwords (for RAM ID, CCSFmail, etc).
To reset your CCSFmail password:
- Login to the myCCSF Login Portal using your RAM ID: https://ramid.ccsf.edu/
- Click the 'myRAM Portal' tile
- Click the 'Student Portal' tile
- Click the 2nd bullet point link for 'myProfile'
- In the navigation menu, click "CCSF email/password reset"
- On mobile, this is under the "Additional Links" button
- Use this page to reset your password, and then use the new auto-generated password to log into your CCSFmail Google account.
